Good Morning Friends,
Sunday June 7, 2026
Greetings & Blessings!
Your Life with God in June 2026
Happy & Welcome New Month of June 2026!
Pray & Share the Word!
Weekly Bible Verse:
King James Version
Psalm 34:3 O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together.
Hallelujah! Amen!
According to Jack H, King David implores us to magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt His name together.
Magnify essentially means to make bigger; but how do we magnify the God who fills the universe and beyond? Think about two magnifying devices: a telescope and a microscope. We use a telescope to reach out into the heavens and gain perspective on things we cannot grasp. We use a microscope to draw in close to an object and see details we would otherwise miss. So, when we magnify the LORD we gain a perspective by reaching out to Him, yet we also draw in close to Him and recognize the detail of Him working on our behalf.
– Jack H
However, we cannot make God bigger that He is, but our deep understanding can become bigger than it is. And so the Scriptures help us magnify the Lord.
And the beauty of this verse is that it is a verse that describes the heart of all Christian communities, any Christian relationship, any friendship in the body of Christ, in the family of God, with a brother or sister in Christ, in the marriage with brother and sister; this is the purpose of our relationship with one another.
Magnify the Lord with me. Let’s exalt his name together.
Let’s exalt his name together, with the way we care for each other, the way we pray for each other, the way we love each other, the way we serve each other, and the way we work together to exalt the name of God in the world. This is what we’re here for. Let’s magnify the Lord together.
In the body of Christ, we see our Churches, Bible Studies, and Prayer Ministries, and we magnify the Lord with me. Let’s exalt his name together.
So I just want to encourage you today to think about your relationship with believers in Jesus, you know, in this way.
O Gracious God, we pray this over our relationships with any believer of Yours in the local Church, in the Bible Study, Prayer Ministry, Holy God, we pray we would magnify You with the way we love each other, care for each other, the way we pray for each other, the way we speak about each other, the way we edify each other, the way we bear with each other, the way we forgive each other.
When King David says “let us exalt his name together,” it reflects a desire for the souls and praises of all humble believers to meet in the ears of God with equal zeal and fervency.
Friends, O magnify the Lord with me. Join your praises with mine, O you humble ones. And let us exalt his name together. If not in one place, yet in affection, spirit, and work: let our souls meet, and let our praises meet in the ears of the all-hearing God.
Friends, we cannot make God bigger than He is. Only through our deep understanding can become bigger than we are by praising and adoring His infinite majesty and inviting others to join in a collective chorus of worship. Amen!
We look ahead June 2026 with new possibilities from God :
Magnify the LORD with me, and exalt His Name together.
The Grace of God be upon you and your family!
Peace.
Your friend in Christ,
Deaconess Mary
